The Flack Family Farm
The Flack Family Farm produces pasture-raised and finished lamb on certified organic fields . The lamb is available for sale at the farm and at the Onion River Co-op in Burlington. It is also featured at a number of local restaurants. The meat is available as whole lamb, cut to your specifications, or in individual cuts. Sausage and salami can be ordered as well.
