Type: Type of location Herdshare. A2/A2 Certified Jersey Milk with cream on top. They feed organic dairy pellets, organic tree forage from their property, alfalfa plus some local oat hay (usually raised by El Cap FFA students). Their micro-farm follows biodynamic permaculture principles. They machine milk as that's a nearly closed system and sanitize their milk machine after every milking.
