Bauman Family Farms is a family-owned farming operation located in Southern Illinois. Our grass-fed and finished beef , lamb , and pastured pork spend their entire life on our pasture and are hormone- and antibiotic-free. We are passionate about regenerative agriculture and strive to work with nature to improve our soil. We believe healthy soil is the foundation of a healthy farm. We practice intentional, regenerative management strategies designed to improve our land each day. Our South Poll cattle display exceptional grass-based genetics. They are known for their efficiency, adaptability, and performance on grass-based systems. Their genetics contribute to the exceptional taste and quality of our grass-finished beef. We are dedicated to regenerating our soil, cultivating healthier plants, and raising healthier animals – resulting in nutrient-dense meat for our family as well as yours. By working with nature instead of against it, we are rebuilding soil health, increasing biodiversity, and strengthening our farm ecosystem for future generations. We proudly serve the Southern Illinois, Western Kentucky, and Southeastern Missouri regions. All our meat is processed at USDA inspected facilities and we offer our products by individual cuts, bundles, and bulk freezer beef (quarters, halves, and whole).
