Back Creek Bend Farm

Shagbark Mountain Cattle is 120-acre farm located in Petersburg, WV with our main office in Knoxville, MD, across the river from historic Harpers Ferry, WV. We raise Simmental, Angus and Hereford cattle on broome and orchard grass, naturally without hormones or chemical fertilizers. Our meat is USDA inspected and vacuum packed for freshness by a family-run butcher shop. We offer whole BEEF for $6.00/pound, 1/2 beef for $6.50/pound, and one quarter (split sides) for $7.00/pound. We also have pastured PORK for $650.00 per hog. This price included processing and is available year-round. We also sell individual cuts of beef, pork, LAMB and GOAT. Our pastured POULTRY is $4.00/pound for whole birds. Please e-mail or call us with any questions or for more information or order forms.
