DW Meats & Sausage is a family owned business which began in 2000 when we purchased the New Salem Butcher Shop in New Salem, ND. In August of 2004 we decided to open a retail store in Bismarck. All of our sausage, jerky, beef sticks, and other meat products are made at this location with our recipes handed down from our parents and grandparents.
